  Gain strength in important XC skiing muscle groups.
  Make improvements in balance.
  Make new ski friends and have fun! 
  
  Hill work will be incorporated into each class workout - trail shoes recommended. Please bring a set of dumbbells, yoga mat and water bottle.

  Celebrate 10 years with us!   join us for our 10th Season Kickoff on November 7th at the  Lapham Lodge!  RSVP to let us know you're coming. •    Lapham Lodge •    6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. •    Free for members Pasta dinner (gluten-free pasta available) with salad and cake will be provided. We'll have water, but feel free to BYOB your own drinks (and some to share if you like). There also will be a silent auction, sponsors and vendors.   Worskhop with Dwight Sandvold

  Flex at the ankle but what if the knee hurts? Get answers from athletic trainer Dwight Sandvold.  This is a hands-on workshop designed to improve knee health during skiing.

  Waxing Clinics
  

  We are offering a series of clinics to help unlock the mysteries of waxing. The first session will focus on removing summer wax and prepping skis for the season. All clinics will be held at the Peak Nordic waxing shed. Sessions are free for members, $10 suggested donation to Peak Nordic for guests.
