Next Weekly Meeting: Nutrition for Athletic Performance
October 23. 5:45 p.m. Lapham Peak, Trecker Lodge Guest Speaker: Kim Flannery
Kim Flannery has been Director of Nutrition at the Wisconsin Athletic Club for over 20 years. She believes that healthy eating is not a “one size fits all” formula. As human beings, we all have unique biology, which is just a part of what determines a healthy individualized plan for overall health. Kim is an advocate for mindful practices for real, sustainable habit change. She enjoys working with the whole person, including incorporating healthy pleasure and managing emotional triggers that we all face.
